SKATE - PIPES

The pipes we manufacture (mini-ramps, skate pipes, or pipes) are made of reinforced concrete and have a lockable support under the platform. Our mini-pipes (mini-ramps, skate pipes, or pipes) are available in heights of 165, 200, and 255 cm (flat = 15 cm). The minimum width of the large pipe is 500 cm (expandable with a module width of 250 cm).
The standard pipes (mini-pipes, mini-ramps, skate pipes) are the most commonly used and traditional form of setup. Our standard pipes (mini-pipes, mini-ramps, skate-pipes) consist of one or more concrete flats, to which the concrete transition is connected with the platform, which rests on lockable supports.
The pipes can be installed on a solid base or on a frost-proof and compacted gravel bed. The freestanding skate pipes must have fall protection (railings) and a safety area of at least 2 m on both sides.

SKATE-PIPES COMBI

Unlike standard pipes (mini pipes, mini ramps, skate pipes), combi pipes are integrated with additional elements. They may feature varying heights, added entry or exit sections (such as banks or quarter ramps), or include other elements on the flat area (e.g., spine, wave, or bank to bank).
Depending on the height of the additional components, a specific minimum width must be maintained to ensure safe usage. Freestanding skate pipes must include fall protection (railings) and provide a safety clearance of at least 2 meters on both sides.

 * The halfpipe was discovered in the 1970s in the form of empty swimming pools. Since there were not many empty swimming pools available, the shape was simplified and further developed. This is how halfpipes were created, which consist of a half tube (halfpipe) with a radius of over 3 m, cut in half in the middle at the bottom (transition) and connected by a horizontal surface (flat). The transition is extended upwards by a 30-70 cm long vertical surface (vert). The edge between the vert and the upper horizontal surface (platform) is bordered by a coping tube. The halfpipes are built from concrete, wood or metal and are approximately 3.5 to 5 m high.
