CONCRETE PUMP TRACK

A pump track is an artificially created looped course featuring a series of bumps and turns. Originally developed by mountain bikers using compacted earth, modern pump tracks are now constructed from a variety of durable materials and are suitable for BMX, skateboard, scooter, and inline skate users. The approximately 1.25-meter-wide riding surface is navigated by “pumping” — a technique that involves rhythmically applying and releasing body weight to generate forward momentum.
Our modular concrete elements allow for the creation of pump tracks in a wide range of shapes, lengths, and configurations. Courses can include various features such as waves, bank-to-bank sections, jump ramps, double waves, and spines. All components are TÜV certified and bear the GS (Tested Safety) mark. Two identical tracks can also be installed side-by-side in a symmetrical layout for parallel use.

Pump tracks using our modular concrete elements can be constructed in the following ways:
• On a paved surface, where the modules are placed directly and the course is marked accordingly.
• On a custom-built concrete or asphalt base, with modules mounted to follow the intended track layout.
• On foundation slabs, where the modules are positioned first and the spaces between them are subsequently filled with concrete or asphalt.
We strongly recommend contacting us prior to beginning your planning process to ensure proper design integration and compliance with all safety and technical standards.
